Healthy food for children who need it
There are families whose child cannot eat ordinary food. You can give them groceries or a consultation, and we pass it on directly.
Any amount helps. We put the food parcels together with our partners and deliver them to families directly.
How it works
You choose a gift
A week of groceries, a single item or a consultation — whatever feels right to you.
We deliver it to a family
We order from our partners and ship straight to a family that applied.
We show the result
We publish reports on social media: what was raised and what was delivered. No names, no photos of families.
What you can give
You decide how much you want to help. We put the parcel together with our partners and deliver it to a family that applied.
Part of a parcel
Your contribution becomes part of a food parcel for a family. A few of these and the parcel is complete.
A week of groceries
Basic groceries for a child on a restricted diet: gluten-free, lactose-free, hypoallergenic.
A month of groceries
One less thing for the family to worry about for a whole month.
A consultation for the family
A talk with a specialist: how to feed a child on a restricted diet, what to cook and where to start.
Your own amount
Any amount goes to the nearest need. Nothing here is too small.
What goes into a parcel depends on the needs of the particular family and our partners' prices.
Payment details depend on your country. Message us and we'll send the option that works for you.
Consultations
You can book one for yourself or gift it to a family that needs it.
Nutrition
How to build your child's diet around allergies, intolerances or simply the wish to feed them better. What to remove, what to replace it with, where to start.
How to cook
You have the ingredients but no idea what to make that your child will actually eat. We go through specific dishes, substitutes and cooking methods.
Psychology
The child, family relationships, eating behaviour, sport and physical load. We work through your specific situation: what is happening and what to do next.
Not sure what you need?
A 40-minute intro talk: we work out together where to start.

The basics of healthy cooking
So that healthy food is genuinely healthy. And tasty.
Many people cut out sugar, wheat flour or meat and end up with bland food and the feeling that healthy means tasteless. It does not. Nobody explained the basics.
That is what this course is about. Not a set of recipes but an understanding: why one thing works and another doesn't, and how to cook well with what you are allowed.
Which flours to choose and how to replace the usual one
Which oils you can fry with and which you can't
How to replace sugar, eggs and dairy without losing the taste
How to combine foods so a dish is filling
Shortcuts that save time in the kitchen
Worked examples on real dishes
Voice explanations from Elena, photos of the dishes, step-by-step walkthroughs. A one-time purchase with lifetime access.

About
The project was founded by Elena — a mother who went through it herself with her child: food allergies and digestive problems in childhood, then professional sport with all its demands. A certified child and sports psychologist with 15+ years of practice.
She decides which products to buy and from which producers, and which specialists run the consultations.
We don't yet make the food ourselves. We find the people who make it well and help their products reach the families who need them.
Making healthy eating genuinely tasty and genuinely affordable — that is what all of this is for.
«A school canteen is no place for healthy eating. I decided to share my experience, remembering how hard it was to start out. What now seems obvious and simple once raised endless questions. Experience plus the knowledge gained over these years.»
«To everyone who is with me — thank you for your trust!!!»
Elena
Partners and supporting the project
Two things we need help with.
If you make healthy food, get in touch. We'll tell people about you and order parcels from you for families.
If you want to support the project on a different level: our goal is to cook the food ourselves one day — our own kitchen, our own recipes, full control over quality. That is a separate story, and we are open to talking with anyone it resonates with.
Questions
Families whose child needs a special diet: allergies, intolerances, health conditions. Families apply through the form on this site and we review every request personally.
